Great view, best staff, lovely food. Thanks again to valet, you rock! The place is 0.2 miles away from Lake Louise downtown. We appreciated our stay.
-
We enjoyed to chill in the nearby Lakeview Lounge. We were given a fairmont king room on arrival, it was good sized. We would like to highlight concierge and breakfast service.
-
The location is fantastic
The price-performance ratio is not right. As well as for the local restaurants
-
Our room was small, not atmospheric but the view was beautiful. Complete wellness!
Heating throughout the building. Just too cold, not comfortable.
-
Super location and beautiful views
Eating in Poppy brasserie was not good value quality. The steak was not tasty and too expensive.
-
Beautiful hotel, many restaurants, beautiful location, many facilities, service staff.
-
Nice hotel, fine restaurants, many facilities, beautiful location and friendly staff.
Terrace was despite nice weather not open.
-
splendid hotel in front of the lake with a nice view of glaciers
-
Everything is perfect! Beautiful views, good treatment, luxury and friendliness.
They do not speak Spanish well
-
The place is incredible!! even though the price is High, it exceeded all my expectations. It has the most beautiful view and the place is just a Dream! If you go to Lake Louise it's a MUST to spend even one night there.
The front desk staff could be nicer.
-
The location and the fact that it's a castle is magical.
There are a lot of people all the time, the rooms are very small and expensive for the size they are.
-
The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is an outstanding hotel, fabulous, with the most beautiful view I had already seen from a hotel. Very good service, rooms well conservated and very polite people.
-
We booked a room with a lakeview and we did get that. However, the double glazing was in need of attention. The bathroom was tiny. A proper shower cubicle and a proper bath would have been appropriate.
The huge cost of the room for the night.
-
We reserved a room with a view of the lake and the glacier. It costs more but the sunrise over the glacier and lake was the most stunning view I have ever seen and worth every penny (or rather dollar). Once we parked the car we did not need it again as the hiking trails lead directly from the hotel along the lake, up to the Lake Agnes teahouse and also to the Plain of Six Glaciers.
Not exactly a complaint because we knew ahead of time but considering the expensive cost of a room, one should realize that all extras cost money - parking, WIFI, breakfast, etc.
-
i firstly would to say that rob in the cariboo bar ?, emily, jeff on the seventh floor should be commended for their excellent service , nothing was to much trouble and their friendly outlook was appreciated. The staff are a credit to your hotel. The food was excellent, plenty to do and we will certainly be back.
my wife left a top in our room (781) , we didn't realize until we got to kelowna , i called the hotel but didn't get a satisfactory result, my wife bought the top in europe and it would have been nice to have had a better result, other than that we could'nt fault any thing about our stay
